Lead Climber/Qualified Arborist Wanted - Melbourne

We are looking for a Qualified Lead Arborist to be apart of our growing team, we are a dynamic and energetic team who pride ourselves in offering a high-level service in and around Melbourne city. We work with class leading equipment and continuously work to improve safety and efficiency within the work place. With an expansion of the Business we at Redback Trees are looking for an experienced individual to bring their knowledge to the company and lead a hardworking and enthusiastic team. Whilst supporting the tree crew, this still will be a hands-on role requiring site work as well as inspecting duties.

We are offering a full-time position in a safe and upbeat environment with competitive rates of pay and a company vehicle included in an annual package for the right candidate.

All equipment will be provided unless the successful candidate has his/her own gear which they would prefer to use. Redback tree services will inspect such equipment before use.

We would welcome someone on a working holiday visa and would consider sponsorship for a longer stay for the right person with the right attitude.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 years minimum regular climbing experience.
• Comfortable carrying out pruning work to a high standard.
• Technical rigging and dismantling experience.
• Cert III Arboriculture or equivalent/higher.
• Manual driver’s license
• Hard working, courteous and punctual.
